      Accessible Amenities

      Accessible parking spaces are located close to the centre entrances for your convenience.

      Centre Directories

      Centre Directories provide information on store locations, centre facilities, Customer Care services and loyalty programs.

      The electronic centre directories are available for customer use with three on each level and hard copy directories are available at the Customer Care Desk and Centre Management.

      Customer Care

      Customer Care can assist with all Centre services, including the hire of mobility equipment, gift card sale, lost property and transport enquires.

      Customer Care has relocated and you can find the near next to the Commonwealth Bank.

      Kids Play Area

      Have you visited our outdoor Kids Play Area? This impressive three level and open plan design offers plenty of space for the kids to explore, discover and play with friends! Suitable for children with disability and special needs - our all-inclusive play area features a fantastic slide, unique in-built trampolines, and sensory instruments for children to enjoy.
      Don’t forget to SLIP SLOP SLAP, with our sunscreen station inside. 

      Relax and enjoy a coffee while watching your kids have a great time!

      Hidden Disabilities Sunflower Program

      Stockland Wetherill Park is proud to offer the Hidden Disabilities Sunflower program in-centre. The Hidden Disabilities Sunflower is to support people with a hidden disability by making the invisible, visible by indicating a person may need additional support or a little more time. To learn more about the program, visit our news page.

      Visit our friendly Customer Care team located next to Commonwealth Bank to pick up a Sunflower lanyard, pin or wristband today.

      Justice of the Peace

      For your convenience, a Justice of the Peace is at your service every Saturday, 9.30am to 11:30am and Thursday, 5pm to 6pm, located opposite the Commonwealth Bank.

      Please note that hours may vary.

      Kiddie Kabz

      Kiddie Kabz make shopping with children a little easier. They are available for hire free of charge from Customer Care located near the Commonwealth Bank. 

      Lost & Found

      If you've lost something, we can try to help you find it. For lost and found
      property enquiries, make your way to Customer Care located near the Commonwealth Bank or on 9609 7766.

      Mobility Equipment

      Motorised Scooters and Wheelchairs are available for hire, free of charge from Customer Care which is located next to the Commonwealth Bank.

      Multi Faith Prayer Room

      Stockland’s multi-faith room is a quiet space that has been allocated within the centre for people of different religious beliefs to utilise for contemplation or prayer. The room will be open during the centre’s core trading hours.


      The room is located in the amenities block near the Reject Shop and is equipped with two areas which are separated by curtains, as well as a paper towel dispenser and wash sink.

      Customers who are wanting to use this room will need to visit the Customer Service Desk to request the access code. For more information, please see our Q&A’s here.


      Quiet Room

      Our quiet room is a safe space for customers to decompress from the hustle and bustle of the centre. This room will be open during the centre's core trading hours and customers looking to use this room will need to visit Customer Care to request the access code.

      Parents Room

      Our parents room at Stockland Wetherill Park has a 5 star accreditation by the Australian Breast Feeding Association.  Our well equipped parents room is located in 4 locations, Top Court, Food Court, Fresh Food Hall and Opposite Hoyts.

      Facilities include:
      • Change tables
      • Nappy bins
      • Wash basins
      • Play area for the kids
      • Bottle warming
      • Private feeding rooms

      Parents with Prams

      For your convenience, Parents with Prams parking is located close to the main entry points of the centre.
