      Customer Care

      The Customer Care Desk provides a range of free services and can assist with all Centre services and enquiries including store locations, the hire of Mobility Equipment,  Gift Card sales, Job Guide placements and Lost Property.

      If you require assistance our staff at the Customer Care Desk are there to help. Simply contact the Customer Care Desk on (07) 4928 9166 or visit the Customer Care Desk, located in between Mystique Jewellers and The Silver Shop.

      The Customer Desk is open;

      Monday - 9:00am - 5:30pm

      Tuesday  - 9:00am - 5:30pm

      Wednesday - 9:30am - 5:30pm

      Thursday - 9:00am - 7:00pm

      Friday - 9:00am - 5:30pm

      Saturday - 9:00am - 4:30pm

      Sunday - 10:00am - 3:00pm

      Hidden Disabilities Sunflower Program

      Stockland Rockhampton is proud to offer the Hidden Disabilities Sunflower program in-centre. The Hidden Disabilities Sunflower is to support people with a hidden disability by making the invisible, visible by indicating a person may need additional support or a little more time. To learn more about the program, visit our news page.

      Visit our friendly Customer Care team located near Mystique Jewellers to pick up a Sunflower lanyard, pin or wristband today.

      Accessible Amenities

      Our Disabled Restroom facilities are located near the foodcourt, down the Lorna Jane corridor, near ETUP and down the JB Hi-Fi corridor.

      Two lifts are available near Kmart and down the Lorna Jane corridor.

      Adult Change Facilities

      Our full functioning adult change room will successfully meet the needs of all people with disabilities and their carer’s. This space is fitted with a height adjustable, full-sized changing bench, tracking hoist system and enough room for carers to assist with ease. The space has been designed to ensure privacy and comfort.

      The Adult Change Facility is located in the amenities down the Lorna Jane corridor.

      Bindi Maps

      You can find your way around Stockland Rockhampton quickly and easily with BindiMaps, a smart phone app that provides indoor wayfinding and navigation.

      BindiMaps’ mobile app provides simple, easy-to-follow indoor navigation services for people who are blind or vision impaired. The app uses Bluetooth beacon technology to pinpoint a user in an indoor space and then guide the user to their chosen destination. Just like Google Maps, but for indoors.

      While the app is optimised for use by those who are blind or vision impaired, it can be used by anyone who needs to navigate big and complex indoor spaces such as shopping centres, hospitals, educational institutions and public buildings. The app has a natural language audio system that guides users to their destinations using the phone’s VoiceOver system.

      To download the app, search “BindiMaps” in the App Store for iPhone and Play Store for Android devices.

      Free WiFi

      Shoppers at Stockland Rockhampton can enjoy the benefits of free WiFi by conveniently surfing the internet through a fast and reliable wireless internet connection for laptops/ notebook computers and PDA's throughout the centre.

      Gift Cards

      No matter how well you know someone, sometimes it’s hard to find the right present. Give the gift of choice with a Stockland Gift Card. Starting from just $10, a Stockland Gift Card can be spent in any participating store in any Stockland Shopping Centre in Australia.

      The Stockland Gift Card can be purchased from the Customer Care Desk, located between Mystique Jewellers and The Silver Shop. The gift cards can be used at any retailer in the centre that accepts EFTPOS payments. Cards are valid for 3 years from the date of issue and have a $1.50 activation fee.

      Justice of the Peace

      The Justice of the Peace in the Community Room beside ANZ Bank.

      Justice of the Peace hours are;

      Monday - Friday: 10AM - 2PM

      Saturday: 10AM - 12Noon

      Justice of the Peace is a voluntary service, therefore hours may vary at times.

      Please note that the Justice of the Peace does not have access to printing or copying, for this service, please visit Camera House opposite JB Hi-Fi.


      Lost & Found

      If you've lost something, we can try to help you find it. For lost and found property enquiries, make your way to the Customer Care Desk located outside Mystique Jewellers and The Silver Shop or call 07 4928 9166.

      Mobility Equipment Hire

      Wheelchairs and Motorised Scooters are available for hire, free of charge from the Customer Care Desk, located between Mystique Jewellers and The Silver Shop.

      Our Space

      ‘Our Space’ is a community connection point within Stockland Rockhampton Shopping Centre, where local health and support organisations can deliver services that provide early intervention for at-risk youth, reducing disengagement and offering health and wellbeing support to young people within Rockhampton.

      Our Space is a collaborative partnership between Stockland Rockhampton, Queensland Police Service, CQ Health and Hospital Service, CQ Youth Connect, Darumbal Community Youth Services, Headspace and Every Child Central Queensland, with representatives from each organisation serving as committee members.

      Located opposite the ANZ bank and next door to Amplifon.

      Parcel Point

      Stockland Rockhampton offers a Parcel Pick Up service for customers. When shopping online simply select Stockland Rockhampton as your Parcelpoint destination allowing to collect your parcels when it suits you. For more information visit the Customer Care Desk of visit www.parcelpoint.com.au

      Parents Room

      Our well-equipped Parents' Rooms are located near the Foodcourt, down the JB Hi-Fi corridor and down the Lorna Jane corridor.

      Facilities include: 
      • Change tables
      • Nappy bins
      • Heated baby wipes
      • Wash basins
      • Play area for the kids (including plasma TV)
      • Bottle warming
      • Private feeding rooms

      Quiet Room

      We know shopping trips can be a sensory overload. The Quiet Room has been specifically created for people who can become easily overwhelmed in bright and busy environments. The room can also be used for those who experience anxiety, have panic attacks or who are temporarily feeling unwell and need to sit down in a calm space away from the noise of the shopping centre.

      Our Quiet Room is located in the amenities down the Lorna Jane Corridor.
