      Community Room

      We are pleased to make our community rooms available to the public to run small meetings, connect with clients, build skills, offer life learning classes or meet up with your neighbours.

      There are two community rooms available to hire and are suitable for:
      - Meetings and interviews
      - Community support groups
      - Craft workshops
      - Meditation and low impact exercise
      - Life-learning and skills training

      Both rooms are available with furniture, TV's, wifi plus tables and chairs. Click here to book your space today.

       

      Please note, there is a maximum of 10 people per room.

      Centre Directories

      Centre Directories provide information on store locations, centre facilities, Customer Care services and loyalty programs.

      The electronic centre directories are available for customer use with three on each level and hard copy directories are available at the Customer Care Desk and Centre Management.

      Hidden Disabilities Sunflower Program

      Stockland Merrylands is proud to offer the Hidden Disabilities Sunflower program in-centre. The Hidden Disabilities Sunflower is to support people with a hidden disability by making the invisible, visible by indicating a person may need additional support or a little more time. To learn more about the program, visit our news page.

      Visit our friendly Customer Care team located on ground level next to Secrets Shh to pick up a Sunflower lanyard, pin or wristband today.

      Parents Rooms

      Our well-equipped Parents' Rooms are located on level 1, behind the Food Court and near Forever New, plus ground floor opposite Customer Care and near Priceline.

      Facilities include: 

      • Change tables

      • Nappy bins

      • Wash basins

      • Bottle warming

      • Private feeding rooms

      Customer Care Desk

      The Customer Care Desk can assist with all Centre services including: the hire of Kiddie Kabz and Mobility Equipment, including Motorised Scooters and Wheelchairs, Gift Card sales, Lost Property and Transport enquiries.                                                                                                     

      The Customer Care Desk is located on Ground Level near Secrets Shh and is open seven days a week.

      FREE Justice of Peace Service

      For your convenience, a Justice of the Peace is at your service every Saturday, 9.30am to 11:30am, located opposite yd.

      Please note that hours may vary.

      Taxi Drop Off & Pick Up Zone

      For your convenience, a taxi drop off and pick up zone is located in our P1 car park foyer, closest to the Pitt Street car park entry.

      Taxis are operated by Premier Cabs and can be contacted free of charge and directly from our pick up and drop off zone.

      The best centre entry is down the travelators in the Fresh Food Precinct or car park lift to P1 near Joe's Gourmet Poultry on ground level.

      Kiddie Kabz

      Children will love shopping at Stockland Merrylands with one of our cute Kiddie Kabz.

      Kiddie Kabz are available for hire, free of charge from the Customer Care Desk.

      Lost and Found

      If you've lost something, we can try to help you find it. For lost and found property enquiries, make your way to the Customer Care Desk located on Ground Level near Secrets Shh or call 9682 1855.

      Mobility Equipment Hire

      Motorised Mobility Scooters, Wheelchairs and Wheelchair Shopping Trolley's are available for hire, free of charge from the Customer Care Desk.  To make a booking, contact Customer Care on 9682 1855.

      Play Area

      Do you have children aged 3-12 years? Visit the 'Global Village' all-inclusive play area located on Level 1 towards Big W. Conveniently located opposite The Coffee Club, relax with a coffee and catch up with friends while watching your kids have a great time.

      Built in collaboration with Variety – the Children’s Charity, allows children of all abilities to play together, including those with physical disabilities, vision, hearing and mobility impairments, or spectrum disorders such as autism. The 'Global Village' play area's design celebrates the local community’s cultural diversity through a vibrant and engaging space where children are encouraged to interact, role play and play.
