      Customer Care

      Our Customer Care desk provides a range of free services and can assist with all centre services and enquiries including store locations, the hire of mobility equipment, gift card sales, and lost property.  If you require assistance our staff are there to help.  Simply contact:

      Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday - 9am to 5pm

      Hidden Disabilities Sunflower Program

      Stockland Hervey Bay is proud to offer the Hidden Disabilities Sunflower program in-centre. The Hidden Disabilities Sunflower is to support people with a hidden disability by making the invisible, visible by indicating a person may need additional support or a little more time.       Free WiFi

      Shoppers at Stockland Hervey Bay can enjoy the benefits of free WiFi by conveniently surfing the internet through a fast and reliable wireless internet connection for laptops/ notebook computers and PDA's throughout the centre.

      Gift Cards

      No matter how well you know someone, sometimes it’s hard to find the right present. Give the gift of choice with a Stockland Gift Card.  Starting from just $10, a Stockland Gift Card can be spent in any participating store in any Stockland Shopping Centre in Australia.

      The Stockland Gift Card can be purchased from the Customer Care Desk, located near Australia Post.  Cards are valid for 3 years from the date of issue and have a $1.50 activation fee.

      Justice of the Peace

      Our JP Service runs the following days each week:

      Thursday 4pm - 6.00pm

      Saturday 10am - 12 noon

      Lost and Found

      If you've lost something, we can try and help you find it. For lost and found property enquiries, make your way to the Customer Care Desk or call on (07) 4124 5422.  The Customer Care Desk is located near Australia Post.



      Mobility Equipment

      Two scooters and two wheelchairs are available for hire, free of charge from the Customer Care Desk located near Australia Post.

      Parents Room

      At Stockland Hervey Bay we have a 5 star Parents' Rooms which is located directly across from Kmart, down the service corridor next to Cotton On.

      Facilities include:

      * Private feeding rooms including LCD TVs

      * Microwave and bottle warmer

      * Gated children's play area with activity panels

      * Family restroom including children's toilet

      * Change table with disposable change mats

      * Nappy bins

      Parents with prams parking

      Parents with Prams parking is located near car park entrances to the centre.
