      Customer Care

      Can't find what you're looking for? Our Customer Care team are here to help with all centre services, including the hire of mobility equipment, gift card sales, lost property and transport enquiries.

      The team can be found on the Ground Level next to Secrets Shhh during the centre's core trading hours, or contacted via telephone on (02) 4931 0400

      Hidden Disabilities Sunflower Program

      Stockland Green Hills is proud to offer the Hidden Disabilities Sunflower program in-centre. The Hidden Disabilities Sunflower is to support people with a hidden disability by making the invisible, visible by indicating a person may need additional support or a little more time. To learn more about the program, visit our news page.

      Visit our friendly Customer Care team located on the Ground Floor next to Secrets Shhh to pick up a Sunflower lanyard, pin or wristband today.

      Accessible Amenities

      We have multiple disabled amenities accessible across the centre:

      - Amenities between Soul Origin & Kwon Mart on the Ground Level
      - Amenities between Priceline & Elly's Nails on the Ground Level
      - Amenities adjacent to McDonald's in the Food Court on Level 1
      - Amenities between Sushi Gogoro & TGI Friday's in The Courtyard on Level 1

      An Adult Change Room facility with an adult change table and assistance lifter is located in the amenities between Soul Origin & Kwon Mart on the Ground Level.

      Parent Rooms

      Parent Rooms are located in all amenities throughout the centre - on the Ground Level between Priceline & Elly's Nails and between Soul Origin & Kwon Mart, and on Level 1 adjacent to McDonald's in the Food Court. All Parent Rooms have a 5 star Australian quality rating. Facilities include change tables, nappy bins, wash basins, children's play area, bottle warming, microwaves and private feeding rooms.

      The Quiet Room

      We're proud to provide our shoppers with The Quiet Room - designed to create a safe place for parents, carers and children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), providing a calm, low sensory environment, which can be used as a retreat away from the busy shopping centre.

      The Quiet Room is located in the amenities adjacent to McDonald's in the Food Court on Level 1.
