      Customer Services

      There are a wide range of centre services and amenities at Stockland Glendale and we are always willing to help if you require further assistance. Stockland Glendale's Customer Care Desk is located in front of Coles Supermarket and in between Just Cuts and Christiane's Hair Design.



      Customer Care

      Our Customer Care Desk can assist with all Centre services, including the hire of mobility equipment, gift card sales, lost property and transport enquiries.

      Changing Places Facility

      Changing Places toilets are larger than standard accessible toilets and provide people with disability and high support needs access to suitable, safe, and private bathroom facilities. The Changing Places at Stockland Glendale includes an adult-sized change table, a ceiling hoist and peninsula toilet, located near Centre Management.

      Disabled Amenities

      We have multiple disabled amenities accessible across the centre:

      - Amenities corridor between Woolworths and First Choice Liquor Market
      - Amenities corridor between Skechers and Factorie, near Target.
      - Amenities corridor between Magic Hands Massage and Williams, near Kmart
      - Amenities corridor between Godfreys and JB HiFi

      Disabled parking spaces are located close to the centre entrances for customer convenience. 

      Hidden Disabilities Sunflower Program

      Stockland Glendale is proud to offer the Hidden Disabilities Sunflower program in-centre. The Hidden Disabilities Sunflower is to support people with a hidden disability by making the invisible, visible by indicating a person may need additional support or a little more time. To learn more about the program, visit our news page.

      Justice of the Peace Services

      Justice of the Peace services at Stockland Glendale.

      When: First Saturday of each month

      Time: 10am - 1pm

      Lost Property

      If you've lost something, we can try to help you find it. For lost and found property enquiries, make your way to the Customer Care Desk which is located near Coles between Christiane's Hair Design and Just Cuts or call on (02) 4954 9666.

      Mobility Equipment

      With three motorised scooters and one wheelchair available for hire, free of charge from the Customer Care Desk we can help you with your shopping needs.  All equipment is available for three hours hire during centre trading hours. To make a booking, contact Customer Care on (02) 4954 9666.

      Parents Room

      Our well-equipped Parent's Rooms are located located in the amenities corridors throughout the centre:

      - Amenities corridor between Woolworths and First Choice Liquor Market

      Facilities include change tables, nappy bins, wash basins, microwaves and feedings rooms.
