Customer Care

Members of our Customer Care team are available every day to help make shopping easier for you. The Customer Care Desk provides a range of free services including directions to store locations, gift card sales, information on public transport, taxi bookings and lost property. The Customer Care desk is located in the centre mall, near Bay Audio

Hidden Disabilities Sunflower Program

Stockland Forster is proud to offer the Hidden Disabilities Sunflower program in-centre. The Hidden Disabilities Sunflower is to support people with a hidden disability by making the invisible, visible by indicating a person may need additional support or a little more time. To learn more about the program, visit our news page.

Disabled Access Amenities

We have two disabled amenities accessible within the centre:

- Amenities between Just Jeans & Sussan in the main mall
- Amenities at the Coles entrance to Stockland Forster

An Adult Change Room facility with an adult change table and support hoist is located in the amenities at Coles entrance.


BindiMaps

You can find your way around Stockland Forster quickly and easily with BindiMaps, a smart phone app that provides indoor wayfinding and navigation.

BindiMaps’ mobile app provides simple, easy-to-follow indoor navigation services for people who are blind or vision impaired. The app uses Bluetooth beacon technology to pinpoint a user in an indoor space and then guide the user to their chosen destination. Just like Google Maps, but for indoors.

While the app is optimised for use by those who are blind or vision impaired, it can be used by anyone who needs to navigate big and complex indoor spaces such as shopping centres, hospitals, educational institutions and public buildings. The app has a natural language audio system that guides users to their destinations using the phone’s VoiceOver system.

To download the app, search “BindiMaps” in the App Store for iPhone and Play Store for Android devices.


Puppy Parking Station

Our Puppy Parking station is located at the centre's western entry near Coles. This structure is provided for the convenience and comfort of customer's pets with harness points available to safely secure your dog, with fresh water and shade available within the space.

Please adhere to the following rules:

  • Ensure your dog is secured safely to the hooks provided
  • Shorten leads to prevent tangling
  • Owners to clean up and dispose of any litter
  • Maximum 20 min per stay

Please note it is the owner’s responsibility to keep their dog under control at all times.

Stockland does not take responsibility for poorly behaved dogs, biting, barking or other disruptive behaviour that may result in immediate removal.
